ClausePrep provides preparation checklists, questions, and educational guides. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or attorney-client relationships. Accounts and purchases

Free samples, guides and worksheets do not require checkout. The complete report is a one-time digital product for $29 USD. During launch, applying PREP100 at checkout reduces the total to $0. Review the final total before confirming your order. No card payment or subscription is started by a coupon order. Full reports will be paid in the future; prices and purchase requirements will be shown before payment. Downloaded reports remain yours to use under these terms. Reports are delivered in your browser; save a copy before clearing browser data.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to scrape at scale, reverse engineer systems, or use outputs to harm others. We may suspend access for abuse.
