ClausePrep ("we", "us") operates clauseprep.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Details you enter about a situation (for example state, role, timeline).
• Your checkout email and chosen situation, region, role and timeline are processed to validate checkout and prepare your report. We do not save these in an order database or send an email receipt.
• Your receipt and report are saved in your browser for use and download. Current coupon checkout collects no card details.
• Basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type and checkout steps, using Google Analytics. Checkout events include the coupon and an anonymous checkout reference, never your email or report content.

How we use it

• To generate preparation reports and improve product quality.
• To validate coupon orders, deliver the complete report and measure checkout completion separately from paid revenue.
• To respond to support requests.

Sharing

We use Cloudflare for hosting and processing checkout requests, Google Analytics for site analytics, and service providers for email features where offered. Completing a coupon order does not subscribe you to marketing or send a report by email. We do not sell your personal information.

Browser storage and your choices

Checkout retry details, your receipt and report are saved in session storage in the current tab. Your generated report is also saved in browser storage for printing and download. Do not enter sensitive contract text in checkout. Clearing browser data removes these copies; download a copy first. We cannot restore a checkout from an order database. You can repeat the launch coupon checkout to prepare another report.
